Refund and Returns Policy

I. Requirements for Product Returns

  • The product must be intact, with all labels from the supplier of Sum Store.
  • The product must not have been used, washed, or have any stains, dirt, damage, or unusual odors.
  • Customers are allowed to exchange or return products from a single order only once if the defect is not caused by Sum Store.
  • Products with printing errors or manufacturing size defects from Sum Store.

II. Return Timeframe
Unless otherwise specified in the product description on the Sum Store website, the return/repair timeframe for products is as follows:

Method Timeframe
Before Receiving Goods Customers can return the product to the delivery staff (Shipper) at the time of delivery.
After Receiving Goods Customers can exchange/return products within 07 working days from the date of receipt.
  Customers can request repairs within 14 working days from the date of receipt.

Note: Working days do not include Sundays or public holidays. The time for customers to send items back is based on the postal date marked on the package.

III. Return Costs
After receiving goods, customers will bear all costs and methods of shipping for returns/exchanges/repairs sent back to Sum Store. In cases where Sum Store has delivered incorrect items or defective products, Sum Store will cover all associated costs.

Note: Sum Store will respond to customers within 02 working days after receiving returned items. However, to ensure that goods are not lost during transit back to Sum Store, customers are advised to regularly check the tracking information of their shipment.

V. Refund Methods
Sum Store offers refunds through:

  • Vouchers from Sum Store
  • Bank transfers back to customers
  • Exchanges for other products of equivalent value

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
